Hi, I’m Julia Wheeler—and I’m here to help you move better, feel stronger, and live life to the fullest.

With over 30 years of pilates teaching experience, I’ve guided thousands of women to feel more confident, capable, and connected in their bodies. Whether you’re managing pain, rebuilding strength, navigating menopause, or simply want to feel more you, my approach is grounded, expert-led, and tailored to support you every step of the way.

  • Online Mat Pilates Classes – Join from anywhere, anytime. Designed to fit your life and energise your body, these sessions bring expert instruction right to your living room. Perfect for busy schedules, parents, shift workers, or anyone craving consistent, feel-good movement.

  • One-to-One Reformer Pilates – Bespoke, hands-on support for those who want a more personalised approach. Ideal for easing lower back pain, improving posture, strengthening your core, and feeling empowered in your body.

My approach:

I work intuitively, blending movement with mindset. I believe movement should support the whole person—body, mind and soul—and help us do everyday things with more ease and joy.
